Mark Hingiss
Founder and Co-Owner
Mark previously worked in the industry for over four decades. Working with organizations such as Ventura Foods, Tyson Foods, CHS Inc., and Global Risk Management, Mark gained unparalleled insider knowledge and has been able to develop lasting relationships with suppliers across the continent. During his 18 years at CHS, a global agribusiness owned by farmers, ranchers and cooperatives across the United States, Mark managed all commercial aspects of the refinery and soy flour business, as well as transportation for the division. Furthermore, he has supported and participated actively in the industry by holding positions such as serving as:
- The National Institute of Oilseed Processing (NIOP) – Board Member
- The American Fats and Oils Association (AFOA) – President, Director, Member
- The Institute of Shortening and Edible Oils (ISEO) – Nominating Chair & Director

Justin maintains strong ties to agricultural production with his family operation near Tyler, MN and has held positions at Minnesota Soybean Processors (MNSP) and South Dakota Soybean Processors (SDSP) merchandising soybeans, soybean meal & hulls, soybean crude & refined oils (including managing CME warehouse receipts and government and small business tenders), refined co-products and biodiesel, before joining VEOS in 2017. Justin has been actively involved within the fats & oils industry by serving within several industry organizations and associations and holding credentials such as:

Beth Westemeyer
VEOS Broker
Beth Westemeyer has almost 15 years of experience in the agribusiness sector, most recently working in the Bulk Liquid Storage market as a Commercial Director for Zenith Energy Terminals, helping in their transition to a more sustainable storage model through renewable fuels and feedstocks.
Prior to joining Zenith, Beth worked for Zeeland Farm Services (ZFS), where she began her career in 2009 and held various positions including Marketing Manager, Director of Business Development, and Oil Merchandiser.
Beth’s years at both Zenith and ZFS have provided her with ample knowledge of vegetable oil trading and risk management, renewable feedstock markets, business development, logistics, and the importance of customer relationships.
Beth earned an MBA from Western Michigan University, and a Bachelor of Science from Central Michigan University.
Sarah Scott

Sarah is a driven support professional that previously held various positions at ADM since 2010. She serviced key accounts in her role as Customer Care Specialist at ADM.
Sarah has dedicated her past 10+ professional years to client care, communication, and service. Sarah manages contracts, customized reports, account reconciliation, order entry, order tracking, and ensures the supply chain remains seamless.
She provides excellent service to our clients and is committed to providing a positive experience for all.
Danielle Isbell

Danielle is a skilled Client Service Representative with 10 + years of experience in providing exceptional customer service. As former Sr. Claims Representative and Account Coordinator for a top rated Scottsdale, Arizona stop loss agency, Danielle became a valuable member of the claims team and successfully managed the largest book of business with the company at the time for more than 2 years.
Danielle is a quick learner with strong communication and problem -solving skills, and she consistently strives to improve customer satisfaction through effective listening, empathy, and timely resolution of customer issues.
